RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 30 day return policy. After 30 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Exchanges are only available on items defective in manufacture.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and proof of purchase must be provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the original purchase price not the shipping cost.

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

GIFTS 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, once we receive the returned item, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. The gift certificate will be mailed to the address the original item was shipped to.

 

PLEASE NOTE: You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
